I'm looking for a way to get back to the menus and toolbars of Office 2003 that I grew to understand pretty well over a long time. Office 2007 is way frustrating, just trying to find simple commands - lots of wasted time searching. Does 2010 provide the customization capabilities for me to take a step back to 2003-type menus and toolbars?

You may have bought Office 2010 (Home and Student) and the version that does not include Access 2010. Access 2010 is probably included in only the highest version of Office 2010 that is, Office 2010 Professional.

Purchased Office 2007 more than two years ago. Free upgrade to office 2010 was part of the package when it became available. Upgraded word successfully and have been using for more than a year. Have just come to use access 2010 for the first time and the activation key does not work with the message 'trial version only' and expired.
Order date for office 2010 was 15/07/2010 and order number CN430215628. Please advise.

What functionality on Word/Excel is not included with the Starter pack. I am looking at a Dell computer which has this pre-installed and am trying to decide between the Starter pack and the Studnet pack.
