Since Microsoft launched Microsoft Office 365 back in October last year by offering Office 365 Beta accounts to small businesses and later offered beta accounts for general public in April this year, over 100000 beta testers have used Microsoft Office 365 and have experienced the power of collaborative productivity with cloud computing, paired with best-in-league software applications.
Now, Microsoft seems to have completed the whole product testing phase as they have announced that Microsoft Office 365 is going to be available for everyone starting June 28.
There’s a press conference which will be held in New York City to launch the service for general public availability and CEO Steve Ballmer will also be there to talk about Microsoft Office 365 and how it will fill the gap that Microsoft wasn’t able to cater till date.
Microsoft had been facing a lot of heat from Google in the form of ‘Google Docs’, which is free to use and does a lot of productivity work, similar to Microsoft Office 2010.
