According to some of the closed sources, the latest news coming out is that the Office 2010 Beta has already begun for selected users who are subscribers to Microsoft’s TechNet or MSDN technical services. As we reported earlier, the Beta stage of Office 2010 is yet to start for everyone and it is anticipated that the announcement might be done during PDC happening this week.

Anyways, this closed Beta release is just a couple of days away from the full Beta release of Office 2010 and hence, holds less relevance than it could have otherwise.
